Bangalore palace :

The palace was built in Tudor Revival style architecture with fortified towers, battlements and turrets. The interiors were decorated with elegant wood carvings, floral motifs, cornices and relief paintings on the ceiling. The furniture, which was neo-classical, Victorian and Edwardian in style, was bought from John Roberts and Lazarus. The sprawling grounds surrounding the palace used to be used for holding public events including music concerts. Fun World is an amusement park situated in palace grounds. This amusement park is allowed under permission from H.H.Smt Pramoda Devi Wadiyar, owner and legal heir to Late H.H. Sri Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar. It has various joy rides, water park and snow room.

Cubbon park :

Cubbon Park, officially called Sri Chamarajendra Park is a landmark 'lung' area of Bengaluru city, located within the heart of the city in the Central Administrative Area. Originally created in 1870, when Major General Richard Sankey was the then British Chief Engineer of Mysore state, it covered an area of 100 acres and subsequent expansion has taken place and the area reported now is about 300 acres . This public park was first named as Meade’s Park after Sir John Meade, the acting Commissioner of Mysuru in 1870 and subsequently renamed as Cubbon Park after the longest- serving commissioner of the time, Sir Mark Cubbon.

Lal bagh :

Lalbagh or Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, meaning The Red Garden in English, is a well- known botanical garden in southern Bengaluru, India. It has a famous glass house dating from 1889 which hosts two annual flower shows (26 January and 15 August). Lalbagh houses India's largest collection of tropical plants, has a lake, and is one of the main tourist attractions in Bengaluru. Lal Bagh is also home to a few species of birds. The commonly sighted birds include Myna, Parakeets, Crows, Brahminy Kite , Pond Heron, Common Egret, Kingfisher, Spotted Owlets, Spotted kite, Spotted Pelican, Ducks, Indian Cormorant, Purple Moor Hen etc. The Government of Karnataka organises "Janapada Jaatre" in Lalbagh . on the second and fourth weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) of every month. Janapada Jaatre, which translates to Folk Fair, features folk dance, music and plays performed by troupes from all parts of Karnataka. The show mainly depicts the cultural folklore of Karnataka, the traditional costumes and musical instruments.

Bannerghatta National Park :

Bannerghatta National Park, near Bangalore, Karnataka, was founded in 2017 and declared as a national park in 2018. [1] In 2002 a portion of the park, became a biological reserve, the Bannerghatta Biological Park. It is a popular tourist destination with a zoo, a pet corner, an animal rescue centre, a butterfly enclosure, an aquarium, a snake house and a safari park. [2] There are ancient temples in the park for worship and it is a destination for trekking and hiking. Visiting Timings : Sunday to Saturday (9.00am to 4.30pm) Tuesday closed.

UB city mall :

Iscon temple :

Sri Radha Krishna Temple ( Kannada - ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಧಾ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಂದಿರ ) has deities of Radha and Krishna located at Rajajinagar , in North Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is one of the largest ISKCON temples in the world. The temple is a huge cultural complex that was inaugurated in 1997 by Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma. The project was conceived and executed by Madhu Pandit Dasa . Hare Krishna Hill is the hillock on which this temple is situated. ISKCON Bangalore is a charitable society with the objective of propagating Krishna Consciousness all over the world, as explained by Srila Prabhupada, whose teachings are based on Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam.

Vidhana Soudha :

The Vidhana Soudha located in Bangalore, is the seat of the state legislature of Karnataka. It is constructed in a style sometimes described as Mysore Neo-Dravidian, and incorporates elements of Indo-Saracenic and Dravidian styles. The construction was completed in 1956. Kengal Hanumanthaiah is credited with the conception and construction of the Vidhana Soudha. The foundation stone was laid by the then Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru and then chief minister K.C Reddy, on July 13, 1951.

Seshadri Iyer Memorial Hall :

The Seshadri Iyer Memorial Hall renowned for its unique style of architecture generally tops the lists of places to visit in Bangalore.The Seshadri Iyer Memorial Hall in Bangalore is situated in Cubbon Park which is a cream location in the city. Built in honor of the dewan of Mysore Sir K. Seshadri Iyer this monument in Bangalore is home to a luxurious library which offers literary classics that are not found anywhere else in India. Sir K. Seshadri Iyer served as the dewan of Mysore from 1883 to 1901.

Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium :

The Bangalore Planetarium is administered by the Bangalore Association for Science Education (BASE), which has dedicated itself to popularizing scientific subjects among the public, especially children. The ‘star’ of the planetarium is the various shows conducted in a dome shaped auditorium. The shows are presented in a beautiful animated/graphic style at 4K resolution, which when seen on the large dome is truly fascinating. Plus, the surround sound system of the dome ensures an immersive experience all along. Various science related books, activity kits, and toys can be purchased from the little stalls inside the premises. A small food stall is also available. Science Park is located opposite the main building.

Bull Temple :

The Hindu temple is inside a park called Bugle Rock.The bull referred to is a sacred Hindu demi- god , known as Nandi; Nandi is a close devotee and attendant of Shiva. Dodda Basavana Gudi is said to be the biggest temple to Nandi in the world. The stone monolith idol of Nandi is continually covered with new layers of butter, benne in the local language of Kannada. There is an idol of the elephant-headed Hindu deity Ganesha close by.Every year on the last Monday and Tuesday of the Hindu month of Karthika Maasa a groundnut fair is held in the temple premises and groundnut is offered to the deity. This fair is known as ' Kadalekaayi Parishe ' in local tongue. Groundnut sellers and devotees throng the place during Kadalekaayi Parishe.

Shiva temple :

This temple is considered as one of the most beautiful shiva temples around the country. The beautiful statues of Lord Shiva and Lord Ganapathi are a major attraction for all the devotees visiting the temple. The temple is known for its well-maintenance and regular festivities being organised for the devotees for them to indulge in the worship of Lord Shiva, who is considered as one of the major gods in Southern India.

Lumbini Gardens :

Lumbini Gardens is a public park on the banks of the Nagawara Lake in Bangalore, Karnataka, India named after Lumbini of Nepal dedicated to Lord Buddha. It contains an eco-friendly boating park and a 12,500 square foot artificial beach and children’s pool.

HAL Aerospace Museum :

HAL Aerospace Museum is India's first aerospace museum located at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited premises, in Bangalore. Established in 2001, the Museum is part of the HAL Heritage Centre and Aero Space Museum, and showcases the growth of the Indian aviation industry and HAL for six decades. The museum houses displays of various aircraft and helicopters, Aircraft engine models, Flight simulators, a mock Air Traffic Control Tower and exhibit of Indian aviation history. St. Mary's Basilica :

St. Mary's Basilica is located in the Archdiocese of Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is among the oldest churches in Bangalore and the first church in the state that has been elevated to the status of a minor basilica. It is famous for festivities held during the St. Mary's Feast in the month of September each year, attracting devotees from the entire region of Bangalore.

Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum :

The Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bangalore, India, a constituent unit of the National Council of Science Museums, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, was established in memory of Bharat Ratna Sir M Visvesvaraya. Ragigudda Anjaneya Temple :

The Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneya temple is a temple dedicated to Hanuman in Jayanagar 9th Block suburb of Bangalore. The temple hosts a Shivalinga along with Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Hanuman shrine in the same precinct. The temple is on a hillock. There is a smaller temple dedicated to Ganesha , Navagrahas and Rajarajeshwari at the base of the hillock. It also plays host to the Hindu holy trinity on huge engraved rocks at the side of the temple.

Halasuru Someshwara Temple :

Halasuru Someshwara Temple is located in the neighborhood of Halasuru (Ulsoor) (also called Ulsoor ) in Bangalore, India. The oldest temple in the city dating back to the Chola period, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Major additions or modifications were made during the late Vijayanagara Empire period under the rule of Hiriya Kempe Gowda . There are several notable sculptures and decorative features in the complex. An impressive pillar (kambha or nandi ) pillar) stands near the tall tower over the entrance gate ( gopura ).
